Forum Viaggio in Italia - Alcune domande di viaggio ma soprattutto sul cibo
I'm planning a trip to Italy and will be visiting Bologna, Florence, Naples, and Amalfi (staying in Minori but traveling around). I've compiled a list of restaurants for each city, but I'm curious if they are known for good or bad reasons. I'd also love to hear any other recommendations. I'm not including ice creams or small snacks, but if you have any suggestions, please share!
Regarding travel, we're debating whether to take the bus or train between Naples and Salerno to transfer and continue to Minori. Any advice on this would be appreciated. Do the SITA buses between Salerno and Amalfi usually run on time, or is their schedule unpredictable?
Additionally, we need our train between Florence and Naples to be punctual so we can quickly transfer to Pompeii. Are long-distance trains generally on time, or does it vary?

Hi, I'm about to go on a trip to Italy and will be visiting Bologna, Florence, Naples and Amalfi (I'll be staying in Minori but will be traveling). As for travel...we are currently undecided whether to take the bus or train between Naples and Salerno to change and continue to Minori, so any advice would be helpful. Do the SITA buses between Salerno and Amalfi tend to run on time or is it just a guess when they will arrive?
We also need our train between Florence and Naples to be on time so we can change quickly for Pompeii, do long distance trains tend to be on time or does it just depend on the day?
